Senior Tax AnalystReports To: Director, TaxResponsibilitiesPrepare and file Canadian tax returns and forms including T2, T3, T5013, T1134, and T106.Prepare and file various Canadian and international forms, notifications, and reports (including Country‑by‑country reporting).Prepare and file monthly and quarterly indirect tax (HST/GST/PST) returns.Assist in the preparation of the legal entity financial statements.Prepare tax provisions under IFRS and book the tax entries.Assist in preparing estimates of taxable income.Participate in the preparation of tax forecasts and budgets.Analyze the tax implications of dispositions, acquisitions, reorganizations, and other proposed transactions.Assist in the preparation of transfer‑pricing documentation.Respond to queries from tax authorities, auditors,
