About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Broker Manager to join our leadership team and help shape the future of our growing commercial real estate brokerage. This role is responsible for leading agent development, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting complex commercial transactions, and establishing agent training, best practices, and brokerage standards that drive consistency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee brokerage and Agent operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency across all departments

Recruiting and retention of Real Estate Agents

Ensure full compliance with RECO and FINTRAC regulations

Review and manage trade documentation for accuracy and completeness

Support agents with deal structure, execution, and problem-solving

Manage commission processing, including deal splits, payouts, and accounting coordination

Provide guidance on commercial real estate transactions and best practices

Collaborate with leadership on brokerage growth, strategy, and performance

Develop and continuously improve agent onboarding, training programs, and brokerage resources to support agent success.

Conduct regular coaching and performance meetings to support agent growth, accountability, and professional development.

Build and maintain relationships within the commercial real estate community to support brokerage growth and recruitment initiatives.

Monitor changes to industry legislation and best practices, communicating updates and implementing necessary brokerage policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

Strong understanding of RECO and FINTRAC compliance requirements

Proven experience in brokerage operations and/or real estate management

Solid knowledge of commercial real estate transactions





Experience with commission structures, deal breakdowns, and accounting processesStrong technical proficiency (CRM systems, transaction management software, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)

Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to influence, mentor, and build high‑performing teams.

Experience developing and improving operational processes, systems, or training programs.

Robust conflict resolution, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality.

Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational ability

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
