What You’ll Do

- Prepare fresh, high-quality shawarma and other menu items according to Shelby’s standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest.
- Accurately process cash, debit, and credit transactions.
- Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout your shift.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
- Work efficiently with your teammates during busy periods.
- Help with opening and closing duties as required.
- Maintain a positive attitude while representing the Shelby’s brand.

- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong team player who is willing to help wherever needed.




- Able to multitask while maintaining quality and cleanliness.
- Willing to learn and take direction.

Requirements
- Restaurant or food service experience is an asset but not required—we provide training.
- Food Handler Certification is an asset.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Availability We’re hiring for Full-Time and Part time positions.

Applicants should be available to work a combination of:

- Days
- Evenings
- Weekends
- Holidays (when required)

Flexible scheduling is available for the right candidates.

Probation Period All new hires complete a 30-day probation period during which attendance, punctuality, performance, and teamwork will be evaluated.
