Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional food and beverage service, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and food handling procedures aligned with safety standards.
- Manage cash handling processes using Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately.
- Supervise team activities such as serving customers, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food safety protocols.
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring current staff to build a strong, collaborative team environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and delivery.




- Support restaurant management in training staff on food industry best practices, hospitality standards, and customer service excellence.

Experience

- Proven experience in food service roles including cooking, serving, or barista work within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Supervising or team management experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms for cash handling and order processing.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and kitchen operations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to interview candidates and manage team performance effectively.
- Background in restaurant management or hospitality roles that showcase excellent customer service skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments requiring multitasking across food preparation, customer interaction, and operational duties.
