As a Senior Technical Manager, Bridges and Civil Structures, you will lead multidisciplinary teams, influence strategic decisions, and deliver excellence on projects that define mobility for generations.
From highways and rail to pedestrian bridges and unique structures, your expertise will leave a lasting impact. Oversee inspections, rehabilitation strategies, and construction support to ensure quality and compliance Drive innovation by introducing advanced methodologies and digital solutions to optimize project outcomes Mentor and inspire emerging engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario, with a bachelor’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s or PhD preferred. 10–20 years of experience in bridge engineering, including leadership on major transportation projects Expertise in structural analysis software (e.g., CSIBridge, MIDAS) and advanced knowledge of CAN/CSA‑S6 standards Proven track record in Design‑Build/P3 projects and familiarity with MTO CPS/HICO and BIM tools Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop proposals, manage budgets, and deliver client value A global community of brilliant minds – your next idea, mentor,
