Must Haves 10+ years in software engineering , enterprise applications , and platform integration

2+ years leading engineering teams or technical delivery teams

CMS , DAM , content delivery pipelines , and marketing technology implementation experience





Solution architecture , systems integration , APIs , and cloud-based applications

Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of 4-8 software engineers within the Marketing Technology portfolio

Drive the technical design, planning, and delivery of marketing technology initiatives

Lead the implementation and rollout of a current Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform

Oversee content migration activities and integration with existing digital platforms

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build content delivery pipelines and supporting technology frameworks

Provide architectural guidance for integrations across CMS, DAM, personalization, and customer engagement platforms

Manage project execution, prioritization, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
