Sanctuary AI–a multi award-winning LinkedIn Top Startup company–is looking to hire a Technical Project Manager - Machine Learning (ML). As a versatile team member, you'll play a crucial role in planning, execution, and completion of strategic technical projects while also guiding and facilitating Agile processes within teams.
Reporting to the Director of Machine Learning, your responsibilities will span various crucial areas, ensuring the success and efficiency of our ML projects.
Our Success Criteria
Oversee the full lifecycle of complex ML programs, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards, while facilitating sprint planning, maintaining schedules, and delivering weekly progress reports
Communicate critical ML status updates and risks to stakeholders promptly and effectively, employing appropriate formats to ensure clear understanding and facilitate informed decision-making
Gather and articulate requirements meticulously to craft realistic execution plans, promoting clarity and alignment across teams
Drive cross-functional communication and collaboration to meet program requirements, fostering a cohesive team environment and ensuring successful ML project outcomes
Collaborate with diverse teams, including project managers, technical experts, and stakeholders, to achieve program objectives and drive collective success
Prepare and present comprehensive program reports to internal and external stakeholders, delivering actionable insights and fostering transparency and trust
Your Experience
Qualifications
Master’s degree in computer science, statistics, or machine learning, or equivalent work experience in a related technical field A solid understanding of project management practices, Agile methodology, innovation processes
Experience managing ML research and development projects A track record of technical excellence and successful ML projects
Skills
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Excellent and adaptive verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with cross functional team project management
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Ability to analyze and problem solve complex challenges
Traits
