Job Title: Director, Enterprise Technology Portfolio & Operations

About the Role

A leading global food manufacturer is driving an ambitious digital transformation across Agriculture, Manufacturing, and Commercial operations. We are seeking a strategic Director of Enterprise Technology Portfolio & Operations to oversee our complete $120M technology portfolio spanning Data & Analytics ($20M) and Infrastructure, Engineering, & Operations ($100M).

Moving beyond traditional PMO execution, you will serve as a transformational operational leader accountable for enterprise workforce planning, financial governance, vendor accountability, and overall portfolio health.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial & Vendor Oversight: Direct the combined $120M tech budget. Overhaul vendor governance, manage third-party contracts, and enforce strict financial accountability following recent overspends.
- Transformational Leadership:



Build enterprise technology roadmaps from the ground up, driving organizational change and fostering trust across cross-functional business units.
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Deliver high-level portfolio visibility and strategic reporting to C-suite and Senior Leadership teams.
- Workforce & Team Management: Lead global workforce strategy and directly manage a team of Project Managers and Scrum Masters across data and operations.

Qualifications & Experience

- 10+ years in program/portfolio delivery; 5+ years in direct people management.
- Deep experience overseeing large-scale technology budgets ($20-$100M) and contract governance.
- Proven ability to execute complex, transformational change in ambiguous environments.
- Background in Digital Agriculture, Digital Manufacturing, or CPG is strongly preferred.
