- Support partners with post-sales activities and training
- Provide technical assistance for troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Organize training sessions for Vimec products
- Prepare quotes for spare parts and manage orders
- Handle warranty requests following Vimec guidelines Requirements:
- Solid customer orientation and technical understanding
- Experience with remote technical assistance
- Valid driver's license for field activities
