Healthcare worker. Solo mom Looking for Jan 1 2026 start (will be 14mo old) , or earlier to acclimate, before I go back to work. 12hour rotating shifts. I've considered having a live-in and would need to negotiate that. (I will be able to drop off at day care in the morning) I need a sitter/nanny for after daycare as I will be working long/late shifts. Shifts rotate biweekly with occasional weekends (biweekly max)) Weekends full day. Need to be able to drive to pick up from day care (5 or 530pm) and bring home to care for and feed and possibly assist with a nap before I get home from work (likely 830pm or later). Must be reliable. Healthy food only, from what I have available in the house. No junk food. May still need to mix powdered formula. No baby screen time under 2 years of age. Basic baby care and chores: keeping space clean, feeding, formula prep, healthy snacks/food, reading, walks with stroller Will try to fill this out more later
