Schedule: Saturday & Sunday
Hours: 8:00am-3:00pm
Pay Rate: $18.25/hour.

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Heavy Duty Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and safety standards in a residential condominium in Downtown Toronto. This role is essential to ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Clean and maintain common areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and stairwells.
* Perform floor care duties (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and buffing).
* Garbage and recycling removal.
* Use of compactor over the weekend to get rid of garbage/recycling.
* Clean and sanitize washrooms and high-touch surfaces.
* Operate cleaning equipment such as auto scrubbers and vacuums.
* Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.




* Follow all health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

* Previous heavy-duty cleaning experience preferred.
* Ability to operate cleaning equipment (training can be provided).
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
* Reliable and punctual.
