Saab Canada Inc. is hiring an IT Support Officer to deliver high-quality technical support to Saab staff across Canada, based in Halifax or Ottawa. You will resolve incidents, share knowledge, and participate in IT projects, with some travel to other Saab sites and occasional travel to Sweden.

You will provide 1st/2nd level support for hardware, software, networking, and applications, and may handle 3rd level support as capable, ensuring excellent end-user experience.
