Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and oversee daily maintenance work activities
• Inspect contract staff work for standards compliance

• Liaise with public and property owners for information exchange
• Initiate staff call-outs and manage emergency situation responses
Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• Minimum three years in maintenance or construction
• Valid Ontario Class “DZ” Driver’s License
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
