Branch

Manager branch to oversee full cycle operations on-site. This role is responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day operations of CDN Control ULC’s Edmonton branch. This role provides operational oversight across field execution, financial performance, customer relationships, and team leadership, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.

Conduct all aspects of people management and development of direct reports. Plan, direct, and coordinate field staff schedules to optimize resources, and operational efficiency. Build and maintain strong customer relationships and address service or project concerns in a timely manner.

Network within your region to identify new business opportunities and communicate leads to the Sales team. Partner with the CFO and Director of Operations to develop and manage branch and project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. Monitor branch performance, including costs, productivity, scheduling, and project profitability.

Support the Estimating team by providing operational input and developing project budgets based on scope and estimates.



Review daily job tickets and manage work orders to ensure timely and accurate completion of field activities. Collaborate with the internal teams on invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and participate in weekly WIP and AR/AP meetings.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, build relationships with field teams, and ensure project targets, quality, and timelines are achieved. Advanced technical knowledge and expertise in Electrical and Instrumentation. Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and support high-performing teams.

Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple competing deadlines in a time-sensitive environment. Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to building and maintaining positive client relationships. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
