Responsibilities

The ideal physician will provide full‑scope family practice, including a walk‑in component as needed. A flexible schedule will be arranged with the clinic, allowing you to master your own hours.

Financials

- Average Monthly Overhead Agreement: Billing split to be discussed.
- Financial agreement coordinated through the Director of Recruitment.

Practice Details

- Access to 2 exam rooms during shifts; clinic has 8 exam rooms.
- Shared office space.
- OSCAR EMR.

Hours

Adaptable schedule. Clinic opens 8 am – 4 pm Mon–Fri. No strict policy around time off.

Staff

Clinic currently has 4 physicians working part‑time and full‑time, an office manager and MOAs to support transition.

Qualifications

- Hold or be eligible for CCFP certification.
- Hold or be eligible for full license to practice medicine in BC.
- Good standing with BC College of Physicians and Surgeons.
