Who You AreAs the VP of Finance, you will act as a key partner to the ecobee leadership team, driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and long-term growth while acting as a strong financial steward for the organization.This role oversees core finance functions including FP&A, reporting, accounting, financial operations, treasury, and tax, while improving systems, controls, and data‑driven decision‑making across the business.Reporting to the CFO, the VP of Finance will also support strategic initiatives and M&A activity, including evaluating acquisition opportunities, leading financial due diligence, assessing synergies and risks, and supporting acquisition integration.The ideal candidate combines strong strategic vision, financial stewardship, operational leadership, and commercial acumen with a player‑coach, business‑partnering bias.
