Location: 100% outside sales / Field-based in Ottawa, Ontario

Salary: Up to $75,000K Base | Realistic OTE $200k+ | Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Do

- Hunting New Business: Drive new business through strategic prospecting, referrals, and networking.

- Meet face-to-face with business owners to provide HR & Health & Safety solutions.





- Build lasting relationships with key referral partners.

- Exceed sales targets in a dynamic, high-reward environment.

- Manage your pipeline effectively using a CRM system.

What We’re Looking For

- 10+ years of proven B2B field sales experience.

- A True Hunter: 100% in the field drive new revenue, No Account Management (aka "farming") experience

- Experience selling services or intangible products.

- Strong consultative selling skills with a value-driven approach.

- Confidence in selling to business owners and senior decision-makers.

- A validG driver’s license(this is a field-based role).

- A competitive, results-driven mindset and a passion for sales success.
