Forecasting and Budgeting What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or relevant coursework preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience in a coffee shop environment required.

Coffee Shop management, proficiency in MS Office and POS systems, and strong organizational abilities.

Strong communication skills, ability to work with executives and diverse teams, and a proven track record in conflict resolution.
