Tim Hortons Team Members (Food Service Staff)

Neighbourly Pharmacy is currently accepting resumes for full-time Tim Hortons Team Members (Food Service Staff) to join our Team in Ashern, Manitoba.

Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests with hospitality - sometimes you will be the first person they see to start their day.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Take customer orders and prepare food items according to standardized recipes
- Complete guest orders including coffees, iced capps, donuts and more.
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed.
- Keep the restaurant clean and organized.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Work with a team to make the guest’s day.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

- Cash handling experience, including cashiering duties, is an asset.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is an asset.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in food preparation is a plus.
- Previous food services experience is an asset.

Schedule

- 32 to 40 hours per week (Full-time)
- The store operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Regular shifts will be scheduled within these days and hours.

Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
