Drive operational excellence as a Timetabling Coordinator at the University of Alberta. This hybrid role merges University Calendar management and supports class schedule optimization. In this two-year term position based in Edmonton, you will execute critical tasks in scheduling while working closely with academic departments.

Proficient in PeopleSoft and Infosilem Suite, you will handle room bookings, and course adjustments, and help maintain the integrity of class records, ensuring a seamless registration experience for students. Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate calendar management and class schedule requests
- Utilize PeopleSoft and Infosilem for scheduling adjustments
- Deliver support to students and faculty regarding procedures




- Mentor current team members on scheduling best practices
- Coordinate exam schedules and classroom assignments Requirements:
- Familiarity with academic scheduling and coordination
- Strong customer service background and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of university policies and operational procedures
- Proficiency in Modern Campus Catalog and PeopleSoft
- Capability to manage complex event scheduling Enhance the academic experience by maintaining accurate schedules and supporting campus departments effectively at the University of Alberta.
