As a Clinical Associate, you will assist with pre-operative exams, conduct testing, and ensure that patient records are meticulously maintained. You will have the opportunity to interact closely with patients and assist Optometrists in delivering exceptional care. Your ability to identify and report risks will be vital in maintaining a safe clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in pre-op exams and ensure accurate patient records
• Answer patient questions to enhance their experience
• Conduct testing before and after surgeries




• Confirm and schedule post-operative visits by phone
• Participate in the Risk Management program for patient safety
Requirements:
• Previous healthcare experience in any clinical role is beneficial
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and technology
• Robust interpersonal skills for building patient trust
• Able to work 3-4 days a week with scheduling flexibility
• Comfortable traveling between multiple locations as required
