Nevvon is hiring an UI/UX Product Designer

Through our innovative platform, we provide on-line training that aim to improve staff recruitment and retention, save time and money for agencies, and ultimately enhance the quality of care.

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Product Designer to join Nevvon and help shape the future of our platform. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered experiences that delight our customers and drive business impact. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams to transform ideas and requirements into thoughtful designs, prototypes, and seamless user journeys. This role reports directly to the Chief Product Officer.

Here’s what you’ll be focused on:

- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile experiences
- Design intuitive, user-centered solutions that align with business and customer needs
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product lifecycle
- Provide design support, feedback, and QA during development sprints
- Contribute to and maintain Nevvon's design system and component library
- Present and communicate design concepts, rationale, and specifications to stakeholders




- Leverage AI-powered design tools and emerging technologies to improve design efficiency and innovation
- Support product enhancements and identify opportunities to improve the user experience
- Perform other duties as assigned

In order to be successful in this role, you’ll need to have:

- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
- Solid proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Experience creating wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Solid understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD), information architecture, and interaction design principles
- Experience working in an agile, cross-functional product development environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a passion for creating elegant user experiences
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and a willingness to explore emerging technologies
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams

Experience:

- UI/UX Design: 2+ years (required)
- Figma: 2+ years (required)
- Product Design: 2+ years (preferred)
- Design Systems: 1+ year (preferred)
- Agile Product Development: 1+ year (preferred)

Education & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
- Equivalent practical experience and a strong portfolio will be considered
- Professional portfolio demonstrating successful product design outcomes (required)
