Tasks Ensure first-class customer service and quickly resolve unique situations.

Support the teams to offer a consistent experience aligned with our core values.

Be a role model for behavior and professionalism.

Operations Ensure strict adherence to merchandising and presentation standards.

Ensure the consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and organizational goals.

Support the General Manager in daily operational management.

Financial Performance Contribute to achieving sales, expense control, and inventory management goals.

Monitor financial indicators, including the P&L;, and propose action plans as needed.

Participate in payroll tracking, inventory management, and cash control.

Leadership and Staff Management Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing, engaged team.

Coach, mentor, and support employees on a daily basis.

Oversee shift planning, performance evaluations, and skills development.

Maintain clear communication with the airport, brand partners, and support center.

Address performance issues swiftly and provide first-level HR support.

Perform all other related duties as required.

Job requirements Bachelor''s degree required.

High school diploma or equivalent mandatory.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, operations, or a service sector.

Excellent communication in English, as you will serve English-speaking customers 70% of the time.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ability to read, write reports, handle numbers, and manage cash.

Comfortable with first-level HR processes (interviews, training, planning, follow-up).

Ability to stand for long periods.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg).

Ability to walk long distances, bend, reach heights, and climb a ladder.

Ability to work in environments with variable temperatures.

Flexible working hours (days, evenings, weekends, holidays).
