This role is part of Kins Farm Markets Partner Pathway Program a structured leadership development journey designed to identify and develop high-performing operators for long-term growth opportunities within the organization.

Your First Year Your first year is focused on learning the business from the ground up, developing leadership capability, and demonstrating operational excellence.

Phase 1 Shift Leader Training Program (Approx. 3 Months) Learn Kins systems, operational standards, and customer experience expectations Develop foundational leadership skills Support daily store execution, merchandising, freshness, and inventory standards Phase 2 Assistant Manager Training Program (Approx. 6 Months) Take on increased operational responsibility Learn scheduling, labour management, ordering, and inventory control Support hiring, coaching,



and team development Develop financial and commercial understanding of store operations Phase 3 Store-In-Charge (SIC) Successful candidates may be assigned as a Store-In-Charge (SIC) and enter Year 1 of the Partner Pathway Program, taking accountability for store performance, leadership, operations, and team development with the chance to invest in the business.
