Job Description BMO is currently sourcing for a Change Manager position on a 10 - month contract.

Candidate will be working with Business AML offices, each major LOB at BMO has one of these offices in their department Works with them to implement changes that need to be made to procedures/processes, driven by changes on the technical/dev side Here are some of the key requirements and responsibilities included in this role: RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to): Take ownership of specific workstreams and end-products within the overall transformation program Be responsible for delivering the transformation objectives, coaching members to develop and execute effective improvement plans and role-modeling WC mindsets Mobilize and help AML teams to achieve change that exceeds their expectations Inspire others,
