Membership Sales Manager Full-Time Golds Gym BC is hiring a full-time Sales Managerto lead sales, and team performance at our Port Coquitlam location.

Wage Base Pay + unlimited commissions + bonuses Key Responsibilities Support the General Manager in driving club performance, revenue growth, and member retention Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and fitness team Manage sales targets, KPIs, lead generation, and conversion rates Oversee daily gym operations , including staffing, scheduling, and payroll Build and grow corporate partnerships and local business relationships Deliver exceptional customer service and member experience Recruit, train, and develop team members, including performance management Execute marketing initiatives, community outreach, and club events Collaborate with departments including HR, marketing, personal training,
