Description This role involves proposing, designing, and delivering course content that teaches employees how to use Claude to improve efficiency in their daytoday work.
The candidate will create and deliver sessionbased training (14 sessions, 14 hours each), ensuring content depth, handson guidance, and explicit value for a financefocused audience.
Key Responsibilities Develop an agreedupon course proposal and create tailored training content for employees on practical, workfocused uses of Claude.
Deliver sessions of varying length, providing walkthroughs, demonstrations, and applied examples relevant to finance professionals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine content, ensure employee readiness, and support a smooth endtoend learning experience.
