Travel Info: 60% of this role is worked onsite. 40% travel (90% of travel is within the GTA) -Furthest location (North) is Sault Ste Marie and (East) Ottawa -Visits to these locations are done once a quarter (shared amongst the team) Must have skills: -Education: Relevant post secondary education in IT: MCSE certification is an asset -Excellent communications skills are required for this role (written and verbal) -1-2 years of recent and related experience in a technical support role -Excellent customer service skills; strong team player -Proficiency with MS Office, MS Outlook,
