Job Description When you come to work at our Seniors Living villages, you are coming into a Residents home.

Your feedback and input is used to improve our daily practices, and your energy goes a long way to putting smiles on our Residents faces.

If you were working for us as an PSW, here are some of the things you would have done last week: Assisted your Residents with activities of daily living Spending time and providing companionship to the Residents Completing your Point-of-Care tasks specific to each Resident you are supporting Helping keeping the Residents area clean and clutter free Communicating a Resident update to your care team Supporting Team Members in the home during a themed day Help a Resident come down during mealtime and provide them any support needed through the meal And supported your team as needed.

Qualifications To be hired into this role, you must have: Personal Support Worker (PSW) or Health Care Aide (HCA) Certification Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) check completed within the past 6 months Additional Information While our Applicant Tracking System uses some AI-enhanced tools, every decision throughout screening, assessing, and selecting candidates is made by real people on our team.
