Responsibilities Review and evaluate new insurance applications, renewals, and endorsements Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, managing a moderate call volume, average of 10 calls Assist clients with coverage options, risk assessments,



and premium calculations Support the team with technical insurance duties related to auto and property policies Qualifications Level 1 License from the Alberta Insurance Council (Level 2 preferred) At least 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Share
