Applications(mainly Blending)by working closely within a Global Team.

You will report directly to our Blending and Movement Engineering Manager, and youll work out of our Markham or Calgary locations on a hybrid work schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES Provide product and application supportfor external customers Providemanagementof customer problems byexcellent communication, responsive followupand advocacy of customer issues within
Honeywell Collaborate closely withthe other members of the team both locally and globally to solve customer problems andto exchangeknowledge and best practices Contributetext andvideo-basedentries to the online Knowledge Base and monthly customer newsletter Participate in review and testing of new releases to ensure customer issues are resolved Deliver customer training andprovide technical support to the sales organization Assist thePBMTeam Leaderto develop andimplement strongteamworkprocesses and standards Shareknowledge and best practices within the team.
Act as atechnicalmentor for less experiencedteam members Ability to travel 10% within

Engineeringora closelyrelated field 5 to 7years relevant experience use of
Blending Applicationstools. 5 to 7 years customer technical support experience with the designated Advanced Applications 5 to 7 years industrialexperienceknowledge of refinery processes(separation/reactors), process automation, PID controldesirable WE VALUE High customer satisfaction levels as measured in the customer satisfaction survey Ability to resolve customerissueswithin an agreed Service Level Strong interest in developing a career in the
