The position demands robust leadership skills, as well as previous 5th Class Power Engineer experience in a healthcare environment. You will ensure accurate completion of work orders while enhancing service delivery through effective delegation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assign and manage maintenance work for staff
• Coordinate with contractors for seamless service delivery




• Monitor contractor performance and billing
• Ensure accurate completion of work orders
• Delegate tasks to maintenance and groundskeeping teams

Requirements:
• Grade 12 education completion
• 5th Class Power Engineer Certificate required
• One year experience in healthcare maintenance
• Supervisory experience in a maintenance role
• Management certification is a plus
