OVERVIEW The Accounting Manager is a new role that will play a key role within the Finance team, supporting the Financial Controller in ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards and local tax jurisdictions, maintaining strong internal controls, and support continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES Month end close process including management reporting
Project job cost and inventory oversight
Full cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable process
Support cash flow forecasting and budgeting
Finance Team leadership and operational support
Process improvement and systems enhancement
Compliance and internal controls
QUALIFICATIONS OVERVIEW CPA designation (required)
Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
Proven ability to lead or supervise a team
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail




Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial systems/ERP environments
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills

PAY RANGE $40.86 – $55.30
The listed pay range represents the expected compensation for this position. Individual pay will be determined by factors such as job‑related skills, applicable experience, and relevant education and training.
