You'll support both existing and new customers during software implementation, ensuring smooth transitions. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver training sessions on PBS DMS software
• Provide ongoing support to clients with software integration




• Maintain positive client relationships and exceed expectations
• Develop expertise in PBS training processes
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client queries

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of automotive accounting experience
• Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
• Robust proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Willingness to travel across Canada and the US
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a passport
