As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced Director of Operations to lead our Quebec portfolio and play a key role in supporting future growth.

The Role
The Director of Operations will oversee the operational performance of multiple hotels, working closely with General Managers and corporate leadership to ensure brand compliance, financial success, service excellence, and team development.

This role requires a strategic leader who understands branded hotel operations and can balance day-to-day operational support with long-term growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

Oversee the performance of assigned hotels across the region.

Provide leadership, coaching, and support to General Managers and hotel leadership teams.

Ensure compliance with Hilton, Marriott, and other brand standards.

Drive revenue growth, profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Analyze financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators.

Develop and execute operational improvement plans.

Lead property openings, transitions, renovations, and brand conversions when required.

Conduct regular property visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.

Partner with corporate teams including Sales & Marketing,



Revenue Management, Finance, HR, and Development.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written) is required.

7+ years of progressive hotel operations leadership experience.

Multi-property leadership experience is considered a strong asset.

Previous experience managing branded hotels such as Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, or similar internationally recognized hotel brands is required.

Strong understanding of hotel financials, forecasting, budgeting, and operational reporting.

Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive performance.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
