Our consumer business client is seeking a Business Analyst (5+ years) to support consumer-facing web and mobile application initiatives using business analysis and requirements documentation Join a collaborative team supporting ongoing consumer-facing digital product initiatives within the transportation sector.

This role focuses on gathering and documenting requirements, supporting testing activities, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and project team members across web and mobile application projects.

Must Haves 5+ years as a Business Analyst supporting web-based applications and mobile applications Consumer-facing digital products project experience Requirements gathering , functional requirements ,



and user stories documentation Testing support , test case review , and UAT coordination Business, Engineering, or related post-secondary education Nice to Have Experience working as a Product Owner or closely with Product teams Business Analysis certifications or BA-related coursework Experience working in Agile environments Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements Translate business needs into user stories and requirements documentation Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and project team members Support testing activities including test case review and UAT coordination Participate in workshops, meetings, and requirement validation sessions Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvements Learn recent systems and business processes to support project delivery
