Factors Core HR Location: Ottawa, ON Duration: 06+ Months Pay Range: T4: C$75 | INC: C$90 We are seeking an experienced consultant to support a client engagement within the banking industry.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on expertise in SAP Success
Factors Core HR modules, proven leadership experience, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and client teams.
This is a part-time role requiring up to 20 hours per week.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Active Reliability Clearance (required).
Extensive experience with SAP Success
Factors, specifically within Core HR modules.
Strong understanding of performance management, succession planning, career development, learning, and talent review processes.
Demonstrated experience leading project teams and managing client relationships.
Previous experience working with clients in the banking or financial services industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a part-time consulting capacity.
Prior work experience at client or in client''s Industry Preferred Skills & Qualifications: SAP Success
Factors certifications.
Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations and transformations.
Familiarity with HR digital transformation initiatives.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Lead and support SAP Success
Factors Core HR initiatives, including implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.
Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on Core HR processes and best practices.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Success
Factors solutions.
Configure, test, and support Core HR modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Lead project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
Mentor and guide project team members while ensuring successful project delivery.
Collaborate with technical and functional teams to resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements within the banking environment.
