RV Maintenance Technician Rentals Location: Delta, BC Compensation: $24$25 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time | Seasonal Join the largest RV dealer network in Canada and build hands-on experience working with RV systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical components, and general maintenance.

The RV Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring our rental fleet is safe, reliable, and customer-ready.

This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of systems while gaining valuable experience in the RV industry.

What You''ll Do Perform pre-rental inspections to ensure RVs are customer-ready Complete minor repairs on appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other RV systems Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes and basic servicing Review work orders and identify larger repair needs for further assessment Winterize and de-winterize RVs Assist with fleet turnaround, transfers, and seasonal preparation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We''re Looking For Experience in RV repair, automotive maintenance, plumbing, electrical work,



or general renovations Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Valid Class 5 driver''s license Comfortable driving vehicles up to 30 feet in length Ability to work independently and as part of a team Available for rotating Saturdays and peak-season overtime Nice to Have RV Level 1 Certification Previous experience working on RVs, trailers, boats, or similar recreational vehicles This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their technical skills and build a career in the RV industry.
