Position Summary: An experienced cook with the desire to exceed and the passion to learn in the Food Industry.

Duties and Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities: Providing personalized and exceptional guest service at every given opportunity Reports to manager that is attainable at the time - Chef de Cuisine, Junior Sous Chef, Executive Chef Preparations of menu items according to specifications and Guest requests Assist other team members as needed Maintain a clean work area Assists with quality control Performs stock rotation Adhere to food standards set out by Lais Hotel Properties kitchen management Having a thorough knowledge of Lais Hotel Properties products and services Suggesting additional products and services meeting our Guests specific preferences All other duties as assigned Technical/Managerial/Administrative Requirements: Minimum three (3) years experience Good communication and listening skills Self-motivated Professional Requirements:
