Job Description OFSAA Transaction Monitoring Technical Lead AML, FCCM & Oracle Core Responsibilities Technical Ownership & Architecture Own the end-to-end technical architecture of the OFSAA Transaction Monitoring platform, including: OFSAA FCCM Oracle Database ETL Scheduling Integrations Define and enforce technical standards, patterns, and best practices for: Transaction Monitoring processing Job orchestration Data handling Evaluate and drive platform enhancements, performance optimizations, and modernization initiatives, including: Cloud enablement Refactoring Re-engineering OFSAA TM Engineering & Platform Build Lead hands-on engineering for OFSAA Transaction Monitoring jobs, including: Entity Resolution (ER) Transaction Monitoring (TM) Reconciliation Validation Supporting batch processes Design and maintain Auto

Sys job flows, dependencies, restartability, and recovery strategies.

Provide technical guidance on: Oracle SQL Partitioning Statistics collection Performance tuning Review and approve TM technical designs, runbooks, and implementation artifacts.

Production Support & Complex Issue Resolution Act as the highest-level technical escalation point for OFSAA TM production incidents.

Perform root cause analysis across: OFSAA ETL/IETL Oracle Database File ingestion Scheduling layers Design permanent fixes for recurring issues, data breaks, and performance bottlenecks.

Proactively identify and remediate technical risks impacting AML operations.

Data Quality, Controls & Reconciliation Design and oversee technical data quality controls, validations, and reconciliations supporting TM scenarios.

Ensure technical integrity between: Source systems Staging layers OFSAA TM tables Partner with data and controls teams to implement preventive and detective controls within TM pipelines.

Change Delivery & Regulatory Initiatives Lead technical delivery for: Scenario changes Tuning Threshold updates Lookbacks Regulatory commitments Drive TM changes through SDLC with focus on: Testability Traceability Audit readiness Support audits,



regulatory examinations, and model risk reviews by providing: Technical explanations Evidence System traceability Technical Leadership & Mentorship Provide hands-on technical leadership to: Engineers Developers Vendor teams Review: Code SQL Job definitions Technical solutions Mentor team members on: OFSAA TM internals AML platform design Production engineering best practices Act as the technical bridge between AML stakeholders and engineering teams.

Required Technical Skills & Experience OFSAA / AML Platforms Strong hands-on experience with Oracle OFSAA Transaction Monitoring and FCCM Transaction Monitoring.

Deep understanding of: TM batch processing Entity resolution Alert generation Lookbacks Experience supporting enterprise AML Transaction Monitoring platforms in regulated environments.

Engineering & Infrastructure Advanced Oracle SQL skills, including: Performance tuning Partitioning Database troubleshooting Strong experience with Auto

Sys or equivalent enterprise schedulers.

Experience with: ETL IETL Informatica File ingestion Reconciliation frameworks Robust understanding of: Linux scripting Batch operations Production support tooling Delivery & Problem Solving Proven ability to solve complex cross-platform technical problems under production pressure.

Experience leading technical design and delivery in large, regulated environments.

Strong documentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications Experience modernizing or migrating OFSAA/TM workloads to cloud platforms.

Exposure to high-volume payment or real-time monitoring platforms.

Experience working with regulators, auditors, or model risk teams from a technology perspective.
