The Equipment Training Manager is responsible for leading the growth of the training department by providing leadership to the training team, administering and leading equipment safety training programs and proactively seeking partnerships with schools, businesses and local government.

Travel to customer sites to provide training and maintain relationships Support marketing initiatives to promote training programs What Were Looking For Experience developing or delivering training programs Strong business development and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and public speaking abilities 35 years of experience working with training or safety programs Equipment operating experience (or willingness to learn) Ability to travel to jobsites to meet clients and / or to deliver safety training and evaluate equipment operators performance Valid drivers license with a clean abstract Training and safety certifications including WHMIS and TDG Experience in logistics, warehousing, construction, or equipment industries is an asset Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
