allant des études jusqu’à l’industrialisation et la production.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and validate electric vehicle power electronics and electrified systems/devicesDesign productive, cost-effective power electronics using advanced technologies and toolsCreate and execute DVP&R (Design Verification Plan & Report) for power electronic devicesPlan and perform development and validation testing to meet all functional objectivesConduct detailed failure analysis and post-test inspection reviewsEnsure compliance with program goals and quality standardsCollaborate with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure robust, defect-free processesVerify designs meet customer requirements and are manufacturableTest finished products for quality and recommend specification improvements as neededSupport end-of-line testing processes for current and future powertrain programsPerform bench development and validation testing for power electronics componentsQualificationsBachelor of Science in Electrical EngineeringMinimum of 5 years' experience in electronics and developmentThorough understanding of power electronics and devicesDVP&R and DFMEA creation & execution experienceUnderstanding of Electrical Engineering standards/protocols, and of power electronics/devicesKnowledge in CAN Diagnostic Protocols#J-18808-Ljbffr
