Job Description
Desirable Skills:

Experience in public sector or large enterprise environments

Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management)

Experience with infrastructure delivery (cloud, on-prem, or hybrid)

Knowledge of enterprise governance and ITS engagement processes

Must Have:

8–10+ years of demonstrated experience managing complex IT projects, preferably in infrastructure and operations environments

Public Sector experience

Strong technical background in web applications and up-to-date cloud infrastructure (very important)

Experience managing variety of products

Variety/range of technical people

Demonstration of a people-first approach
