In this role, you will provide essential writing, editing, and document management support for the Marine & Mission Systems Department. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in Technical Writing or Communications and over three years of writing experience. Your efforts will help optimize the clarity and effectiveness of various technical documents and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical writing and editing for program documents
• Proofread and copyedit documents for grammar and style consistency
• Collaborate with subject matter experts for accurate documentation
• Support document management and internal review processes
• Help create online and print documents including reports and proposals
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Technical Writing, English or Communications
• Three-plus years of technical writing and editing experience
• Advanced communication skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems
• Eligibility for Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance
