We’re currently hiring a *full-time* *Sales Representative* to join our Sales team. This is a great chance for someone who loves customer interaction, enjoys sales, and wants to build a long-term career with a company known for excellence, teamwork, and advancement.

*What You’ll Do*

* Schedule appointments for estimates and actively follow up on inbound leads
* Develop sales opportunities and confidently close sales
* Build strong rapport with customers via phone, email, and web chat
* Make outbound calls to generate and develop new leads
* Learn our full range of services to confidently answer customer questions
* Clearly explain product features, benefits, and service options
* Accurately document customer interactions using company software
* Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction

What We’re Looking For





* Experience in electrical and or solar work is preferred
* Previous sales experience (2 years preferred)
* Outstanding communication and customer service skills
* A positive, energetic, and professional attitude
* Strong attention to detail and organization
* Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities
* Strong computer skills with fast and accurate typing
* Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
* Fluent in English
