Right beside Kipling TTC Subway / GO Station, 5 days a week working in office

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.
Analyze candidate applications and job requirements to identify suitable matches.
Build strong relationships with IT professionals and match them with suitable opportunities.
Source and engage passive candidates for current and future roles.




Use platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed to identify candidates with in-demand technical skills.

Qualifications:

Solid general IT knowledge, including SDLC, databases, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT service management (
must-have ).
Bachelor's degree in Science or Technology, or 3-5 years of hands-on IT sourcing and recruiting experience.
Solid understanding of various IT roles and technical requirements.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple positions.
Proficient in MS Office, ATS, Jira, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment tools.
Passionate, persistent, and detail-oriented.
