Duties We are hiring for a BC Registered Early Childhood Educators to join our team. Two years experience working in a large daycare centre is an asset. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday. Early childhood educators plan, organize and implement programs for children between the ages of infancy and 5 years. Working as a team, Early childhood educators and assistants lead children in activities to stimulate and develop their intellectual, physical and emotional growth and ensure their security and well-being. The main duties include:
Developing and implementing the child-care program
Leading activities, both individual and as group activities
Guiding and assisting children in their development
Planning and maintaining an environment that protects the health, security and well-being of the children
Establishing and maintaining a collaborative relationship with co-workers and parents
Qualifications Basic ECE




Additional Qualifications Valid BC License to Practice
Valid first aid/CPR certificate
Clear criminal record check
Two References
Years Experience Required 2
Required Experience Two years experience working with children in a large daycare setting
Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to divers elearning styles.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children,parents, and colleagues.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children are essential traits for success in this role.
