Durham Community Health Centre (DCHC) is seeking a Manager, Youth Wellness Hub to lead a youth-centered, integrated model of care across Oshawa, Pickering, Ajax and other sites. The role directs day-to-day operations, supports trauma-informed, culturally secure care, and partners with youth, community partners, and funders to deliver high-quality services.
