As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will deliver extensive health services to newborns and their families in a well-respected NICU setting. Your role will be crucial in optimizing health systems and ensuring high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, diagnose, and manage neonatal health issues
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests efficiently
• Collaborate with families and healthcare teams on patient care
• Utilize advanced nursing competencies in practice and leadership
• Engage in research and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Master's degree from an approved Nurse Practitioner program
• Current registration with the CRNA as a Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum of 2 years Level III NICU experience
• Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP)
