As a Senior Recruiter supporting our clients Montreal operations, you will deliver full-cycle recruiting for both salaried and hourly, non-exempt positions in a unionized manufacturing and warehouse environment.

This is an onsite role at the Montreal site, partnering with senior leaders and front-line employees to meet ongoing hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities Provide bilingual recruiting support (French & English) for the clients Montreal manufacturing and warehouse operations.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for salaried and hourly positions, ensuring coverage for both urgent and ongoing talent needs.

Partner with senior leaders and front-line stakeholders, including unionized workforce representatives.

Screen, interview, and coordinate candidates in both French and English.

Review and create job postings and offers, ensuring bilingual language compliancefor

Quebec.

Support fast-paced hiring requirements and short-term coverage as needed.





Collaborate closely with hiring teams, providing onsite expertise and guidance.

Essential Skills: Minimum of 23 years of recruiting experience.

Recruiting experience within the Canadian market.

Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and front-line operational employees.

Experience with bilingual job postings and support (French/English).

Fully bilingual in French and English; strong English communication is essential.

Must be available to work 100% onsite in Montreal.

Comfort supporting urgent and short-term coverage needs.

This is an onsite role located in Montreal requiring candidates to be in-office 5 days/week.

The annual basepay range for this position is $94.100 to $125.500CAD per year.

Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
